Sales Consultant

Job Summary:
Well established and very busy GM franchised dealership looking for a Sales Consultant to join our award winning team. Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products or services
- Utilize sales support tools and resources to enhance productivity and streamline the sales process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an automotive sales or retail sales role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools to track leads, manage customer information, and generate reports
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
