We are looking for a Sr National Sales Training Consultant, Commercial Insuranceto join BrokerLink in one of our offices in Alberta, Ontario, or Atlantic region on a Permanent FT Basis.

The National Sales Training Consultant reports to the National Director of Sales and Learning & Development and works closely with BrokerLink's leadership team to develop and implement programs that support long-term growth and corporate objectives. Defines supporting strategies for national, regional, and branch management sales and coaching objectives.

What the Role Entails:

  • Builds and maintains programs that promote sales and coaching development that challenge management to grow our customer base, meet or exceed sales targets, raise retention, improve NPS, and other corporate KPIs.
  • Contribute to driving growth and brand awareness by providing leadership on the planning and implementation of prospecting and marketing initiatives that develop robust COIs.
  • Works in collaboration with other departments to help meet corporate initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Senior Leadership, Directors, Territory Managers, Branch Managers, and all Associates at every opportunity.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with external connections to promote BrokerLink as a preferred place of employment.
  • Supports a high-performance culture with the coaching and support of developing performers as well as supporting the growth of high performers across the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Successful candidate will have:

  • College or university degree in related area
  • AIC or RIBO license, Insurance Designation asset
  • Knowledge in the Commercial Insurance landscape
  • Sales management, communication and relationship building, talent development.
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to build and contribute to a sale strategy.
  • Team building and employee development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
