Position Overview:
As the National HR Manager at Future Transfer Co. Inc., you will play a pivotal role in senior management, leading our HR department comprising three professionals. You will drive strategic growth by overseeing all human resources functions across our national operations. Your mandate involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with our company's goals and values, ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with Operations and Site Managers. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the HR department.
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute HR strategies supporting business objectives.
Champion the development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Strategize and oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Lead the design of employee onboarding, training, and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage performance processes, including appraisals and goal setting, in collaboration with Operations and Site Managers.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
Oversee the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess and improve employee satisfaction.
Compliance and Legal Matters:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
Oversee HR-related legal matters, focusing on human rights concerns and employment litigation.
Compensation and Benefits:
Lead compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring market competitiveness and fairness.
Coordinate with HR and site managers in administering salary reviews, and benefits packages.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
Formulate strategies to cultivate a diverse and talented workforce.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Define and analyze key HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Prepare comprehensive HR reports for senior management, highlighting trends and offering recommendations.
Department Management and Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, focusing on performance management and professional growth.
Foster collaboration and excellence within the HR department, ensuring high-quality service across the organization.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, demonstrating strategic leadership capabilities.
