-Efficiently plan workforce requirements, including succession, in alignment with budgets.
-Establish training plans for employee development.
-Provide coaching to supervisors on objectives, compensation, performance reviews, and skills development.
-Oversee labor relations management and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and business processes, offering coaching and support to managers as needed.
