Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources the Manager, Human Resources Systems and Support Services is accountable for strategic leadership, development, implementation and continuous evolution of Human Resources customer experience and client services as well as core HR technology. Through leadership of a dynamic, multi-function team and in partnership with Human Resources Centres of Expertise, this position is responsible for both anticipating and responding to long term and short term customer and client needs specific to Human Resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Accountable for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the Human Resources strategic, multi-year technology road map.
• Accountable for the development of customer service and technology plans to deliver the Human Resources Division’s business goals and objectives including the related change management requirements.
• Accountable for the design and delivery of a modern, responsive customer service experience for employees through a tiered response model including establishing service standards, policies and procedures as well as monitoring customer service trends and responding to customer experience feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement of services.
• Builds both strategic and operational alignment and works in partnership with other Human Resources Centres of Expertise as well as Information Technology, and vendors as required, to achieve long term and short term business objectives as well as ensures an integrated delivery of programs and services.
• Builds strategic relationships corporate wide to ensure programs and services offered align with corporate and business area needs and client satisfaction is achieved.
• Accountable for the uninterrupted operation and timed maintenance of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with complete adherence to the business SLAs while mitigating the risk to both the organization and employees.
• Accountable for providing data reporting and analysis to support business decisions
• Accountable for HR data integrity in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors including processes related to data entry and data audit.
• Provides leadership, coaching, supervision and direction to Human Resources Management Systems and Service Hub teams in a hybrid environment ensuring an engaged, motivated and highly functioning team that delivers on annual work plans and operational activities.
• Administers capital and operating budgets ensuring compliant use of funds as well as completes forecasting and planning for future needs.
• Contributes to the leadership of the Human Resources Division as an engaged member of the Human Resources Leadership Team delivering on the objectives of the People Strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
• Post secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Five to ten years leadership experience in Human Resources with experience in both a union and non union environment with a strong understanding of Human Resources related technology and shared services model
• Demonstrated SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM On-Premise implementation experience for enterprises and product expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
• Ability to understand business trends in technology, data analytics and customer service and identify and adapt best practices
• Ability to communicate and transfer technical information and knowledge to both experts and non-expert audiences in both a formal and informal manner
• Strong collaborative skills with experience to build close partnerships with various stakeholders within HR, IT and organization as a whole
• Ability to coach, develop and lead teams through change while maintaining a positive, healthy and productive work environment
• Demonstrated innovation and change management skills which include supporting and encouraging new ideas and approaches to build organizational efficiency
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated strength in project management.

• Demonstrated computer skills with MS Office Suite and database systems
Hourly Rate/Salary: $ 128,062.00 - $ 170,749.00
