Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Spearhead HR strategies that are in harmony with Rapid Aid’s mission and business goals, promoting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy to support our rapid growth and innovation in the emergency aid sector.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Drive the recruitment process to secure top talent, crucial for our mission-critical manufacturing and distribution operations. Work closely with department heads to accurately forecast and plan for future staffing needs, ensuring agility in our workforce.
Training and Development:
- Identify and implement training programs that align with our commitment to excellence and innovation in emergency aid solutions.
- Enhance leadership and management skills across the organization, supporting our mission of rapid and effective aid delivery.
Performance Management:
