The Senior Manager, Enterprise Growth Marketing, Strategic Initiative is responsible for contributing to the Enterprise Growth Marketing team's success by leveraging paid, earned and owned channels to drive strategic business growth. The incumbent will be responsible for the development and execution of holistic Enterprise Growth strategies for brand programs, advice+ and Scene+ including affiliates, search, social, and programmatic display to drive unit sales, revenue and growth. This role is ideal for someone who views experiences holistically through a customer-centric lens, is data-driven and digitally savvy, loves balancing multiple stakeholders, and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to tactical execution to drive exceptional business results. This role includes people management.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
Participate in Quarterly Strategic Business Reviews.
Provide value-added insight into the performance of each business. Identify opportunities for improvement/best practice sharing across Business lines.
Lead special projects to support business line leads, to improve financial and operational performance metrics (scope of projects will vary from leading affiliate programs, integration of scene+, and advice in addition to organic growth initiatives, providing analytical support to complement business needs, and implementing best practices alongside the other Senior Managers.
Assist in ad hoc project work at request of executive leadership including partnering with JM, PM and MP oversight leads.
Responsible for the end to end of affiliate program strategies and management across BLs in consultation with area of business leads. Accountable for delivering affiliate marketing strategy and opportunity analysis across key BLs quarterly.
Responsible for helping drive the overall Enterprise Growth marketing mandate in partnership with the director and support on key business priorities identified.
Lead brainstorming / ideation sessions that result in actionable outcomes
Lead annual budget planning, forecasting and targeting setting.
As a leader who is passionate about building great teams and fostering a best place to work atmosphere, you will coach, develop and mentor junior team members providing feedback and support on an ongoing basis
Facilitate social and digital training and be the "go to" resource for the entire marketing organization.
Create personalization strategy and direction (near term and long term) aligned to the Organisation's strategy in partnership with peers.
Long- and medium-term capacity and resource planning as per Product goals and roadmap
Manage end-to-end personalization throughout the new to bank customer lifecycle, from business and budget sign off, requirements gathering through to adoption and delivery of benefits
Create and manages a product plan to track successful delivery, including milestones, critical path activities, risks, issues and actions across the team
Manage relationship with Customer Teams, Business Unit, Local Stakeholders and technical teams in D&A
Lead the personalization team for the onboarding on CDP/AJO
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have:
Strong understanding of paid and owned digital media
Extensive experience and proficiency in developing paid, owned and earned strategies
You have experience working with big brands, proven client leadership and can simplify complexity, navigate ambiguity, and plan large budgets that support multiple business units and objectives
You're a digital expert and understand the relationship between content and media in creating digital experiences, and the role of paid vs. organic strategies
Strong social-first thinking, Proficiency in working across digital platforms and formats (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) with experience developing success measurement frameworks.
Skilled at analyzing data, deriving insights and building recommendations informed by data
You are a leader. You understand the difference between managing and leading and love to empower people to grow and succeed
You aren't afraid to get into the weeds with your team. You take a hands-on approach to leadership and have a desire to get involved in the day-to-day operations of your accounts
Ability to foster strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
You have experience working in a complex Integrated team environment and understand the opportunities and challenges that can come along with that
Creative Thinker. You love to brainstorm and help to develop made-for-digital creative that drives performance based on client objectives. You'll do this in partnership with our brand team, creative agency rethink and production teams at Lighthouse.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Ability to establish credibility with senior business leaders and peers in a respectful manner.
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and limited oversight; able to proactively identify opportunities to leverage skill set.
Able to work independently and seek out guidance and learning/development opportunities from colleagues.
Highly competent at reading data sets and asking probing questions to help define the problem statements.
