Joining National Bank as a Residential Financing Manager means helping your team of Residential Financing experts achieve their goals, in Halton area. Your leadership, your business development expertise, your ability to share positive solutions and your coaching skills will make all the difference to your team.
Your job :
- Support the Associate Vice-President in the realization of the business plan.
- Communicate the expected financial contribution to your team in relation to the business plan and identify the expected behaviours and activities to achieve the objectives.
- Accompany team members in meetings with the main partners, internal and external, of the region and contribute to the establishment of profitable business relationships.
- Work closely with regional leaders.
- Regularly and rigorously monitor the team's business development activities, in order to identify positive elements as well as opportunities for performance improvement
- Define and allocate territories according to market potential and manage the availability of resources.
- Communicate to team members established rules on customer segmentation, SEO, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance and operational procedures and ensure their application
- Develop a talent pool, identifying and prospecting for potential recruits, as well as maintaining an active presence in the local mortgage professional community
Your team :
You will have under-management a team of 13 Mortgage Develpment Manager.

Prerequisite :
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience or Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- Exprience in team management
- Knowledge of Residential Financing
- Mortgage credit experience
- Good knowledge of SAP software
