In this role, you will build the Education sales strategy, including sector-wide and territory specific plans, breakthrough strategies and innovative solutions to solve challenges and achieve sales targets. You build relationships, develop partner capabilities and ensure flawless execution across the business. We like team players, working closely with internal and external partners to create plans, delivering amazing customer experiences, and programs that scale the business and drive the adoption of the Apple ecosystem in Education. The Education Sales Manager leads the pedagogical strategic sales team and the account executive team to accelerate sales in the K20 market. Through inspiration and accountability the Sales Manager builds and coaches a high performing team to drive extraordinary market-share growth.

Description
You build and lead the Education sales team through organising, developing, motivating and enabling them with the right tools and with real-time feedback. You inspire your team’s collaboration and foster a diverse and inclusive environment. You communicate with clarity and have the ability to form strong relationships with both education market influencers, your peers and cross-functionally with other leaders at Apple. An understanding of change management and a track record as an influencer are critical to success. Knowledge of educational structures, policies, procurement and pain points must be significant. You are in the details of your sector’s performance, trends, and the financials which allows you to drive high quality outcomes. You mobilise resources for growth and delivery to drive sales activity and share status and progress with customers, partners and the relevant Apple teams. You own the delivery of sales results and drive growth by leveraging your rigour with forecasting accuracy, opportunity management, and performance management.
