Our Fiber Procurement Team is looking for a Key Account Director to join our growing team. If you are a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing and expanding key accounts, preferably within the Service Sector, and get excited about growing your business, even better! Bonus points if you have a passion for helping develop and lead a team on top of your account management skills

Accountable
-Responsible for development and execution of detailed strategies to manage and grow key accounts in the North American market.
-Support negotiations for contract renewals, expansions and new business agreements
-Ensure that existing and new contracts are mutually beneficial, legally sound and aligned with company objectives.
-Lead the Key Account team who manage the main points of contact, supporting them in addressing clients’ needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsible
-Lead the Key Account team in building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
-Help develop team members and their pursuit of new business opportunities within existing key accounts and in the broader market.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth.
-Collaborate with the market analysis team to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes potential opportunities.
-Provide insight and feedback to the senior leadership team to inform overall business strategy and decision-making.
Experiences and strengths
-Completion of a post-secondary education
-3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership and coaching role
-Strong understanding of procurement best practices
-Experience in negotiations and networking
-Confident in decision-making abilities and working with numbers
-Experience developing innovative and highly effective strategies
-Ability to gain buy in from employees
-Experience working with servant leadership with an aptitude for developing talent
- High level of integrity to support and advise business partners
Total compensation of this position ranges from $90-110,000 based on experience
