We are seeking a National Account Manager to drive the growth of Canada's fastest-growing pretzel brand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all retail Key Accounts & Distributors
- Trade Spend Management & Analysis
- Active P&L Management: ensuring sales, profit and net revenue targets are met
- Analyze customer data, identify trends and insights, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Forecast management – responsible for keeping all stakeholders up to date with forecast changes and holding customers accountable to commitments
- Collaborate with internal business partners and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and market share goals
- Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to reach key accounts
Required Knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in the Food Industry, preferably with a focus on salty snacks
- Majority of experience in C&G (Convenience & Gas)
- Strong understanding of retail Key Accounts & Distributors
- Trade Spend Management experience
- Proficient in P&L Management
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
- Go-getter personality, willingness to take the initiative, make suggestions, and implement them
- Strong computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to work in a digital work environment
- Ability to travel, as required

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
