National Account Representative

As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join us as a National Account Representative.
This role is Primarily Remote but may require travel to client sites from time to time.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, the National Account Representative will carry the responsibility of managing the day-to-day activity for the accounts assigned to the National portfolio, while achieving their assigned KPI’s. This will require a proven ability to manage client interactions while multi-tasking various account management, sales, and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Management of day-to-day account activities/ changes requested by clients.
- Seek growth and procure new opportunities within the assigned National portfolio based on the assigned KPI’s by the Director of National Accounts.
- Collaborate and communicate with various departments, troubleshooting various account activities.
- Data and CRM Management (Utilizing WSC CRM tool to manage and monitor important account details.
- Support the Director of National Accounts with opportunities assigned within the National Portfolio.
- In person meetings with clients where required
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of account management experience
- Education or experience in Environmental Studies, Sustainability or related field considered an asset
- Experienced Computer Skills; experience with Microsoft Office 360 and CRM experience
- Ability to navigate the sales cycle, handling objections and articulating propositions to account base.
- Interpersonal Skills – good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
