This role is Primarily Remote but may require travel to client sites from time to time.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of National Accounts, the National Account Representative will carry the responsibility of managing the day-to-day activity for the accounts assigned to the National portfolio, while achieving their assigned KPI’s. This will require a proven ability to manage client interactions while multi-tasking various account management, sales, and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Management of day-to-day account activities/ changes requested by clients.
• Seek growth and procure new opportunities within the assigned National portfolio based on the assigned KPI’s by the Director of National Accounts.
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments, troubleshooting various account activities.
• Data and CRM Management (Utilizing WSC CRM tool to manage and monitor important account details.
• Support the Director of National Accounts with opportunities assigned within the National Portfolio.
• In person meetings with clients where required

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of account management experience
• Education or experience in Environmental Studies, Sustainability or related field considered an asset
• Experienced Computer Skills; experience with Microsoft Office 360 and CRM experience
• Ability to navigate the sales cycle, handling objections and articulating propositions to account base.
• Interpersonal Skills – good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
