Pathfinder Camp Resorts is growing its portfolio into a network of family friendly RV parks and campgrounds. The Company has recently acquired three properties and has plans to add others to meet strong tourism demand for outdoor recreation. ABOUT THE ROLE

Host teams assist in a variety of roles with-in our resorts located in Langley, Parksville and Agassiz- Harrison.

Duties vary from resort to resort but all include customer focused roles with reservations, maintenance, Landscaping, Hosting, programming and after hour security duties.

As a Host team, you will be instrumental in maintaining great customer relations & service to our guests, as well as maintaining a clean, well-kept camp resort.

Our Host Teams are full time positions for each team member plus all call responsibilities.

As part of your remuneration, the ideal candidate(s) will Live on-site in their own newer model RV unit with full 30-amp hookups and access to high-speed wi-fi and other services.

You will be comfortable working both as part of a small staff team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance
• Customer service & relations
• Administrative, registration and check-in duties.
• Cleaning facilities, including office/store, laundry, and bathrooms
• Outdoor maintenance work
• Host and security functions(late night)

(teams should be able to fulfill all duties between team members)

Skills

Physically able to walk up to 5KM per day and conduct rounds through campsites. Continuous need for bending, lifting and carrying of materials.

Work is primarily conducted outdoors and must be able to work in all weathers.

Ability to interact well with people and maintain effective working relationship with manager.

Open and able to work different shifts including late nights and weekends.

Ability to remain calm and friendly
