Position Overview: As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. You'll troubleshoot incidents related to operating systems, applications, printing, and connectivity. Our team works remotely, but you'll also handle on-site visits when needed. Must work in Pacific Standard Time zone Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer live calls promptly and assist users with technical problems.
- Resolve a wide range of issues, from OS/application glitches to how-to queries.
- Provide impeccable customer service via email and chat.
- Collaborate with team members to solve incidents efficiently.
- Follow standardized procedures for consistency.
Requirements:
- Fluent, clear spoken English.
- Excellent written English for client-facing communications.
- 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk or multi-person IT team.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in:
- Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
- Microsoft Office.
- Apple OSX.
- Apple iOS/Android
- Beneficial experience with:
- QuickBooks / Sage 50 / Sage 300.
- Microsoft Active Directory user management.
- Office 365 Administration
- VOIP Services.
- Azure/AWS Virtualization.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning (certifications, etc.).
