Position will require the individual to work hybrid until expectations are met.
Job Duties:
- Contact applicants and get credit applications
- Persistent in keeping up with contact sales pipeline.
- Submit credit applications to our lenders.
- Vehicle sourcing and selection.
- Work out payments and financing with credit approvals.
- Learn how to finance vehicles and achieve highest gross profit per vehicle
- Learn how to read credit bureau
- Working with Subprime customers.
- preparing for delivery.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for the purchase within a deadline.
What We Look for:
- 5+ years of experience with subprime lending, mortgages, credit and collections
- 5 years Phone sales experience
- A work hard, play hard attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Basic idea of financial concepts (credit reports, loans, risk etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
