Lodging Supervisor

We are currently seeking aLodging Supervisorto join our team here at Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, British Columbia. This individual will join our Administration department. Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager - the Lodging Supervisor has a passion for preparing and organizing lodging at the highest level to show our guests a genuine experience that we offer at Eagle Ranch Resort. You will always strive to exceed the expectations of our guests, and to create a professional and inviting environment that they will want to come back to.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the Guest Services / Housekeeping department and ensure all service standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas.
• Involved in all aspects of the housekeeping operations. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with the Hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meeting.
• Train, manage, coach, and develop your team of sales agents in collaboration with the General Manager to ensure they achieve their monthly & yearly targets and drive best performances.
• Balance operational, administrative, and Colleague needs.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• Establish department policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous Front Office, Housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Previous leadership experience is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Window applications required.
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.

This is a full-time seasonal position starting in April 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024.
