I am assisting one of our clients, in the manufacturing field, in their search for a Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator - located in Ville Saint-Laurent.
Responsibilities:
- Precise management of raw materials and finished goods
- Inventory according to internal procedures.
- Execute transactions in ERP system.
- Follow ISO procedures for continuous improvement.
- Organize transportation of finished products and prepare shipping documents.
- Ship customer orders accurately.
- Participate in the planning and daily management of freight activities.
- Annual monitoring and evaluation of carrier performance.
- Effective communication and coordination with R&D and sales teams.
- Validate customer orders and confirm purchase orders.
- Management of transport-related customer complaints with interdepartmental coordination.
- Carefully check and record shipping documents;
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Receive and validate goods from suppliers.
- Open and close work orders (WO).
- AEC or DEC in operations management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel ;
- Good knowledge of ERP;
- Good teamwork and organizational skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good organizational skills;
- Bilingualism (French-English) is required.
