What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Asset Protection Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to provide assistance in the area of loss prevention including shoplifter detection and apprehension. Other duties include:
- Identifying shoplifters, establishing evidence of theft and detaining/arresting suspects
- Monitoring Co-op facilities/property for activity that could negatively impact product, the facility and environment, customers, team members or the brand in general
- Assisting with loss prevention investigations and participating in all activities associated with the role of LPO (theft, trespassing, disturbance, mischief, fraud, etc.)

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Loss Prevention and
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- You are skilled at managing sensitive situations with discretion
- You are proficient in planning and problem solving
- Designation or previous industry experience would be considered an asset *
