Job Brief
We are looking for a hard-working Low Rise Residential Construction – Site Coordinator. You will work together with the Low-Rise Construction Team and will be responsible for assisting the Rough and Finish Site Supers.

Position Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Super, Finish Super with administrative office work.
- Prepare packages for trades to include working drawings, purchaser extras, etc.
- Maintain organized site office. You will be required to demonstrate skills in keeping schedules current, as well as maintaining a timely and accurate flow of paperwork.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Possess a positive attitude with a strong focus on working together
- Possess very strong time management skills. You will be able to handle a wide variety of tasks and demands
- Be articulate in English and have a professional demeanor.
- Have a valid Driver’s License, access to a vehicle with Valid Auto Insurance, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites throughout Toronto and the GTA
- Able to work well in a high stress environment
