Job Description
Maintenance Person
You perform duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment
What you will be doing:
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform corrective actions and repairs
- Maintaining service cycle records

- Starting wage $25.92/hour, 3 months wage $27.29/hour, 6 months wage $28.01/hour and after 1 year $28.69/hour
- Gas allowance if commuting from Cochrane or Calgary.
- Compressed scheduled work week of 4 days at 10hours 1:30pm-11:30pm; or 5 days at 8hours at 2:30pm-11:30pm weekend availability
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- A 5th class steam ABSA ticket from a recognized technical institution is required or a power engineer certificate
