The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general building, and equipment maintenance. Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment to support production targets.
Job Duties:
- Startup factory in the morning (Unlock Facility, Lights, start Compressor) and lineup machines per production schedule for 6 AM Shift
- Emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment including but not limited to CNC Saw's, CNC Laser, Overhead Crane, Forklifts, Building Facilities HVAC
- Performs CNC Saw setup changes to run different jobs
- Possesses skills to address mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting/repair of machines
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments
- Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities
- Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Detects faulty operations, defective material and reports those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
- Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas
- Completes all necessary reports and records related to the department as required
- Maintains inventory count of critical spare and orders parts as needed
- Keeps up to date maintenance records for all equipment with part numbers for future reference
- Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building & equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures
- Snow removal - clean snow and ice from walkway
- Lawn care - cut grass and tend to grounds
- Licensed and experienced in operating Sky Jack, Fork Lift, Overhead Crane
- Performs all other duties as assigned or needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work with medium to heavy tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to find information, document relevant information, and knowledge of computers
- Ability to retain information and communicate effectively

Salary: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
