Maintenance Worker

We’re looking for a part-time skilled Maintenance Worker to perform maintenance and repairs tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining and applying basic fixes to the property, equipment, and facilities of Pine and Pond Wedding Venue. You'll ensure everything is tidy and functioning optimally. You have basic skills in carpentry, cleaning, operating yard equipment, and construction tools. The ideal candidate is reliable, collaborative, and takes pride in their work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General repairs
• Upkeep and cleaning of grounds
• Lawn maintenance
• Event setup / take-down
• Report maintenance issues that require additional attention

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
