Maintenance Worker

Maintenance Person

CML Properties is looking for a Maintenance person to service the Mayfair at Riverbend and Riverbend Strata's and Rental Pool.

Job Description:

• Meeting with contractors/ project oversight
• Small repairs in common areas
• Small painting jobs in common areas
• Daily inspections of mechanical systems and common areas
• Carpet cleaning
• Replacing light bulbs
• Cleaning bugs from external light fixtures
• Front entrance cleaning
• Rental pool side jobs (TV’s, toilets, taps, painting. Etc.)
• Oncore units side jobs

Previous Experience

Proven expertise in general maintenance through apprenticeships and/or work experience (two years +)

Knowledge and Skills

• General computer skills
• Construction
• Problem solving
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bondable

Successful candidates may be subject to a Criminal Record Check.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $28.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
