```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Inspecting and repairing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues
- Conducting preventative maintenance on various systems
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities
- Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Fabricate and weld metal components as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and logic controllers
```Qualifications```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Leadership skills to guide and train other maintenance personnel
- Experience with welding and fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
