Management Trainee:

Duties:
- Learn and understand the company's policies, procedures, and operations
- Assist in supervising and managing a team of employees
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership skills
- Gain experience in various departments to develop a well-rounded understanding of the organization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as , record-keeping, and reporting
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns

Skills:
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Ability to develop and implement training programs for employee development
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Excellent team management and organizational skills
- Sales experience is beneficial for understanding customer needs and driving revenue growth
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor contracts and partnerships

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
