You will work collaboratively with key partners to develop communications, deliver high-impact results to improve the employee experience, and support the overall business strategy. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
-Strong communication (written, verbal and listening) skills to effectively present information to relevant stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-3-5 years related work experience in communication within the financial services industry.
-Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills to ensure co-operative working relationships with team members, colleagues, and business partners.
-Degree in English or Communications or a related field would be an asset.
-CSC/IFIC designation would be considered an asset.
-Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point).
-Proficiency in French is an asset.
-Solid problem solving, conflict management, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues.
