Manager Of Operations

```Duties:```
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and perform jobs
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team

```Experience:```
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Salary is $3000 monthly with 15% bonus commission on every dollar over $3000 monthly
• Training is provided in Thunder Bay, ON. Hotel and travel paid for training
