The Manager – Operations Change & Quality Assurance plays a key role in supporting Canadian Wealth Management Operations and business partners in developing and implementing changes to improve and stabilize their processes. Opportunities can range from improvement in output, speed, and quality, improvement in internal and external service levels, reduction in error rates, and reduction of operational risk, contributing to overall operational and quality improvement for Canadian Wealth Management.

-Analyze business processes in Canadian Wealth Management Operations, develop hypothesis, synthesize findings, and communicate opportunities for improvement
-Contribute to and lead projects to improve processes assessed by the team
-Champion a client focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
-Contribute to the development of strategies and recommendations, including business benefits and costs, implementation, and training strategies/plans
-Provide subject matter expertise to team members and internal clients
-Contribute to monthly dashboard showing Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreement
-Manage personal development to ensure knowledge and skills related to project management and process improvement are continually enhanced by researching best practices, taking courses designed around people, process, and technology and building relationships with internal and external partners
The Must Haves:

-Post-secondary degree in business, finance, engineering, information technology or related discipline is preferrable
-3+ years of relevant experience, including productivity improvement expertise
-Certified in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP is an asset
-Knowledge of Quality Assurance functions considered an asset
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Graduate/professional designation such as MBA/CFA/CA is considered an asset

-Must be comfortable working independently with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, without direct input or oversight
-Work effectively in a group environment across various operations, front office, and functional areas
-Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders
-The ability to set clear expectations and work with deadlines
-Comfortable with working closely with various levels of management/executives
