Are you an experienced and strategic professional with a passion for optimizing Payroll Processes and driving excellence? Join our dynamic team as the Payroll Process Design and Excellence Manager, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing payroll strategies, enhancing business values, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and development of payroll strategies and roadmap, contributing to business transformation agendas.

Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to improve business values.

Manage procurement-related activities and monitor the progress of business plan execution.

Oversee business value realization of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Participate in innovation-related processes, analyzing new ideas/technologies and their applicability to the business.

Review and sign off on process documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Monitor transaction quality and identify opportunities for process improvement or harmonization.

Interact with senior business leaders to understand goals and objectives, executing ad-hoc tasks assigned by strategic leads.

Demonstrate a deep and wide understanding of governance across business towers.

Proactively work to automate control gaps in operations and ensure process automation.

Additional Requirements:

Proficient in Workday, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and functionalities.

Good understanding of APAC Payroll Operations, and experience in vendor Migration & Payroll Process Transformation would be added benefit.

Candidate Requisites:

Graduation in any stream with 10-15 years of work experience, including 3-6 years in a strategy & governance team.

Hands-on experience in global Payroll Processing for a minimum of three countries.

Proficient in process mapping and documentation.

Expertise in driving process automation, robotic process automation, and digitization techniques and technologies.

Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver sustainable solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting confidently with senior business and technology leaders.

Solid analytical skills, capable of dealing with complex problems and providing clear insights.

Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to working across shifts and time zones.

Passion for challenging the status quo, driving change, and maximizing business value.

Aptitude for continuous learning and staying abreast of best practices, industry landscapes, and emerging technologies.
