The Manager Product, Fulfillment Systems will deliver tangible growth products to our company in every stage of our product life cycle, through the relentless pursuit of great software experiences while considering operating advantage and positive community impact. Our systems are primarily packaged software but require a high degree of configuration and/or customization to meet business partners needs, and therefore require collaboration in the full ideation and development of the reporting (real time and historical) and data governance in order to provide our business & finance partners with enhanced forecasting & analytic visibility as related to our capabilities in the Inbound Logistics, Distribution Operations, Timekeeping, Labour Management, Engineering, Trade, and Outbound Logistics space.
Success in this role looks like clear articulation of the vision and support stakeholder enrollment inclusive of portfolio of responsibility product needs, user needs, pain points, user impact, and desired outcomes for features clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross-functional partners to deliver solutions that enable the Fulfillment roadmap, as well as identification of dependencies with other strategic initiatives and influences other product managers to incorporate dependent features into their roadmaps. This position will guide a team of product managers in successful delivery of clearly documented requirements for each initiative on the product roadmap, including prioritization of new intake requests and setting the prioritization of the backlog for technology sprint planning based on the product roadmap.
- Leads and develops a team of Product Manager(s) and Product Analyst(s) that can deliver world class Fulfillment experiences to all of our guests through delivery of the Fulfillment systems roadmap
- Develops and manages a team of Product Manager(s) and Product Analyst(s) to execute the Fulfillment roadmaps and provides final signs-off on behalf of key stakeholder through cross-functional engagement to ensure features are delivered as expected
- Creates and builds a team that is incentivized to lead and develop specialized knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce the continual process, tool, and methodology improvements
- Partners with the Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope
- Facilitates cross team “product sign-off process” to ensure readiness for product delivery
- Supports the Product Manager in aligning on minimum viable product (MVP) by setting priority, delivery schedule, and managing expectations
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; Master's degree preferred in equivalent field of study; Product Management certification preferred
- Experience – 5+ years minimum of relevant experience with Supply Chain operations; 3+ year minimum of relevant experience with Product Management; 2+ year minimum experience in people leadership
- Skills – Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience; Proficient in SQL preferred; Detail-oriented; Strong multi-tasking ability; Strong communications skills with other internal team members, including ability to build relationships with key business partner and other stakeholders; Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets; Well organized and structured

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $131,100-172,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
