Day to Day

The Manager, Sales Effectiveness partners across functions to drive revenue, scale operations, and improve Sales efficiencies through strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Strategists
• Identify, scope and drive critical Sales initiatives by partnering with teams across the organization
• Steer cross-functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations through to implementation
• Assess growth opportunities and priorities for the Canada and Latin America businesses
• Pioneer sophisticated research and analysis (i.e. revenue, customer, market or competitor) for senior leadership to support decision-making
• Drive operational excellence by creating efficiencies, removing obstacles, and improving processes

Skills/Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy or Operations and 2+ years experience managing a team. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience driving cross-functional teams and working with senior executives
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Client service mentality, willingness to partner with other functions
• Results and detail oriented with exceptional business acumen
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with experience influencing outcomes
• Sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree

Salary Range Transparency

Toronto 122,000 - 178,000 CAD per year

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
