Your future team
Projects are at the beginning of the journey for clients and Dynamics 365. Once our deployment teams have gone through successful implementation and rollouts, there comes time to secure daily operations for all the end users and also pop open that huge chest of backlog items that further evolve and improve our clients’ solution.
Service Delivery Manager
Ensuring seamless delivery of services to our Manufacturing Dynamics 365 Enterprise Business Applications clients. Our clients and your Service Delivery team(s) consist of local and/or global accounts, based on your ambitions and preferences. Typical services are based on Dynamics 365 Business Applications (CE and FSCM) and cover aspects of Data Platforms, Azure integrations, Low-Code (Power Platform) solutions and custom Azure solutions.
Ownership and responsibility of Service Delivery – meeting both client SLA’s and CGI Financial KPI
Always helping our clients to achieve more with their Microsoft Business Applications through continuous development and even new projects
Learning to get to know your client(s) and forming a trusting and mutually beneficial relationship
Leadership of many different SME roles at your disposal
The location of this role is Helsinki, but we operate in a flexible hybrid model. Our diverse teams decide for themselves which flexible working practices suit them best.
