Adecco is currently seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our clients dynamic team in Mississauga, ON. Our client offers a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $23-$25 per hour. The successful candidate will contribute to the assembly and production of medical devices in a clean manufacturing space, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:
Perform assembly of medical devices in a clean manufacturing space (CMS) and general manufacturing area, following work instructions.
Mix and fill chemical solutions in a clean room environment.
Conduct tests on products, record results, and report non-conforming products.
Investigate issues in the manufacturing process and solution filling.
Package products efficiently.
Embrace and maintain 5S-Housekeeping Initiatives.
Prepare, clean, and stock raw materials/parts in CMS and other dedicated manufacturing areas.
Keep track of inventory.
Assist with shipping and receiving.
Perform maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing equipment and designated areas.
Follow safety procedures and adhere to the company's quality management system.
Perform QC inspections for incoming materials and routine in-process and end-of-line inspections.
Read engineering drawings or schematics.
Demonstrate excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
Exhibit organizational and time-management skills.
Possess excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Utilize decision-making skills.
Requirements: The ideal candidate:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Has experience in manufacturing, preferably in the medical device industry.
Shows proficiency in QC inspections and interpreting engineering drawings.
Possesses excellent technical, troubleshooting, organizational, and time-management skills.
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is safety-conscious and follows established procedures.
Exhibits decision-making abilities.
