The Industrial Maintenance Technician will play an integral role in the success of the production team; specifically she/he will be responsible for:
- Monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes.
- Running diagnostics on PLC and PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradely,Siemens, Omron etc.)
- Troubleshooting production robot cells (ABB, Fanuc, Motoman /Yaskawa etc.)
- Troubleshooting motors, bearings, lubrication, gearboxes and mechanical power systems, pumping systems, hydraulics and pneumatics;
- Maintaining PLC-controlled production equipment;
- Disassembling, repairing, and reassembling equipment such as gearboxes, pumps and mechanical drive trains;
- Maintaining and timing precision equipment;
- Troubleshooting and correcting electrical and mechanical problems in a fast-paced environment;
- Developing Preventive Maintenance programs;
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move objects up to 49 pounds each;
- Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists;
- Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation;
- Ability to work in industrial environments that may be noisy, unlit, unheated, not air-conditioned;
- Able to access all areas of building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, etc.).
Professional Requirements
- Must have strong capabilities in PLC, and or Robots
- Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field, PLC programming and or Robotics
- Electrical troubleshooting experience and knowledge of timing systems both mechanical and electrical servo preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload;
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Salary: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
