Do you have what it takes?

• Have the forklift competency card ;
• Be WHMIS certified (an asset);
• 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution center;
• Minimum experience in the field of construction (an asset);
• Focus on occupational health and safety;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Demonstrates great agility;
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once (multitasking);
• Be meticulous and rigorous because you must be able to take measurements accurately;
• Flexibility in schedule to deal with emergencies;
• Good stress management and ability to manage periods of high production;
• Organizational skills and priority management;
• Be able to lift loads up to 75 lbs.

***Candidate must have the right to work legally in Canada and live in the Greater Toronto area

What will be your role ?

• Act as ambassador and representative of Millenium and all its entities with the various stakeholders at Groupe Superteck and maintain a quality service in compliance with the company's standards;
• Ensure full ownership and responsibility for one or more projects at a time;
• Provide support to the delivery area such as receiving the goods, checking the accuracy of the order etc .;
• Ensure constant support to the production in the plant as well as in the preparation of roofing products, guardrails, slope insulation, etc;
• Unload and pull materials, load and process orders and place them in the delivery area;
• Receive merchandise and verify order accuracy
• Participate in the daily maintenance tasks of the plant;
• Ensure constant support for production in the plant as well as participation in daily plant maintenance tasks;
• Convey relevant information to other stakeholders (production manager, project coordinator, etc.);
• Operate different CNC machines in a safe way, some of which require high precision when measuring and cutting;
• Prepare orders and stocks ready for delivery;
• Provide support to the fall protection production department;
• Respect production and order preparation deadlines;
• Supply equipment when required and ensure its proper functioning;
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times by keeping shelves, pallet locations, workstations, delivery area and machine space clean and free of risks;
• Comply with OHS procedures and rules and regulations and ensure the wearing of personal protective equipment at all times when it is mandatory;
• Housekeeping of warehouse and yard.
