Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for routine maintenance and repairs throughout the Marina to ensure good operational condition for the safety of our customers, visitors and staff. This includes the building of docks, dock repairs, dealing with shoreline erosion/washouts, plumbing, moving boats and boat trailers, grass cutting, painting, fuel dock, installation of seawall, boat washing during fall haul-out season and other maintenance or repair tasks as required.
Experience with welding, plumbing, carpentry and heavy equipment operation would be an asset.
Must be reliable, have good communication skills, be able to follow-through on instructions given by supervisor and be a good problem-solver are required.
Work takes place outdoors, on land and water, in all weather conditions.
Must have a valid driver's licence and transportation.
Hourly Pay Rate will depend on experience.
Start date is weather permitting.
