Marketing & Events Coordinator

RRI is looking for a talented Marketing and Events Administrator to coordinate the execution of our event marketing strategy including event logistics planning, database administration, event registration process, email campaigning, social media tribe building and more. Ideal candidates have an impeccable attention to detail, strong technical skills and a passion for going above and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

– Event planning from research, pre-contract to post-event execution
– Event registration process and cross-checking accuracy for all events
– Email campaigns, listing building and optimal deployment
- Event attendee client service - adhering to fast response times and building great relationships
– Lead capture execution strategies and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Salary: $4,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
