Role Description

As a Commission-Based Marketing Professional at Creative River Entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, presenting our comprehensive suite of services to meet their Marketing and production needs.

Strategic Partnerships: Explore and establish partnerships with key players in related industries to enhance our reach and collaboration opportunities.

Brand Development: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to elevate our brand visibility and position in the market.

Sales and Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic insights for business development.

Sales Funnel Management: Take ownership of the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion. Implement effective strategies to move prospects through the funnel and close deals.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong professional network and generate leads.

Collaboration: Work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques, strategies, and practices
• Proven experience in Marketing and Sales, preferably in the media, entertainment, or creative industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational, planning, and time-management skills
• Advanced skills in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a commitment to reaching and exceeding targets
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with a competitive commission structure. Successful candidates have the potential to earn a substantial income based on their performance and the growth of the company.
