Marketing Associate Junior

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join our team at Ki Cafe. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase foot traffic to our cafe. Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Assist in managing and updating our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others as needed.
• Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and visuals, to promote our cafe's offerings, events, and promotions.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and reviews, and respond promptly with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Content Creation:
• Assist in developing written content for marketing materials, such as blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for content that resonates with our target audience.
• Event Coordination:
• Support the planning and execution of events, such as tastings, themed nights, and community outreach activities, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Assist in coordinating logistics, promoting events, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
• Market Research:
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Compile and analyze data to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Graphic Design Assistance:
• Assist in creating basic graphics and visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for social media posts, promotional materials, and signage.
• Customer Engagement:
• Engage with customers both online and in-person to gather feedback, answer questions, and foster positive relationships.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials inventory.

Qualifications:

• A passion for marketing and the food industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
