Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Consultant with experience working in a fast-paced client focused environment. You will be working in a cross functional team with individuals from Product, BI, Design, Partnership, and more to build world class banking products focused on the next gen workers.

Reports To

Sr. Manager of Product Marketing

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work closely with our Product and Accounts team in helping our clients create and refine tests and experiments that drive user growth and engagement.
• Assist with creative development and execution that supports tests & campaigns for our clients, including copywriting, and channel execution.
• Coordinate internal review process as part of project plans and delivery.
• Create and manage the development of email campaigns on Iterable.
• Responsible for monitoring results from each test & campaign.
• Identify website optimization and SEO opportunities for corporate branding initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive and business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including copywriting).
• Solid organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, time management skills, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with programs like Figma, Iterable, G Suite, and Jira.
