Marketing Coordinator

Choices Markets is looking for a Marketing Coordinator!

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting and executing various marketing campaigns, events, activities and Flyer preparations that promote Choices Markets as the best local grassroots grocer dedicated to helping people discover the best products and diets to nourish a healthy body and mind. This is a full time role that will be based out of Delta, BC.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and execution of the Choices Weekly Flyer and newspaper ads in available markets, including preparing ad layout for production, proofing drafts and coordinating with Operations Managers at each step.
• Assisting with the creation of marketing collateral for upcoming campaigns, including anniversary sales, special events, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Helping proof The Heartbeet, the monthly newsletter from Choices, and other marketing collateral.
• Organizing and tracking the newspaper, weekly flyer and store anniversary schedules.
• Assisting with marketing invoicing.
• Providing support for general marketing tasks to help the team succeed, including help with internal and external events and coordinating with newspaper and printer partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an asset.
• Availability Monday to Friday and on occasional weekends with the ability to travel.

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,600.00-$69,500.00 per year
