The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our Director of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Manager with all project and corporate marketing and sales initiatives. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their organization, planning and communication skills and has an exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing, Marketing Manager and executive team with various tasks related to previous, current and future development projects
- Communicate with various consultants and suppliers (creative agencies, printers, signage companies, web designers etc.); obtain quotes; lead coordination and scheduling to execute marketing materials
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and budgets
- Work with media partner to plan and manage media bookings and ad submissions
- Draft and collaborate on written communication and marketing messaging for purchasers and prospects
- Liaise with sales and administration team on drafting and sending email marketing
- Manage the operation of Boffo’s project databases (CRM), online platforms and accounts
- Collaborate with marketing team on managing and creating content for Boffo’s social media accounts, blog stories and general online presence
- Support the project sales team and complete sales administration tasks as required; i.e. auditing contracts, organizing deposits etc.
- Perform various duties to assist with the operation of the sales gallery
- Research and analyze market trends, innovations and competitive development projects to share with the team
- Perform other duties and administration tasks, as required, to support the construction team.
Requirements + Assets
- Certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other relevant schooling; similar work experience (especially in Real Estate Marketing) is an asset
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Agile problem-solver who is self-motivated and seeks to find creative solutions
- Strong team player that can collaborate to achieve objectives in a timely and professional manner
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Diligent and dependable work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and generally tech-savvy
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or willingness to learn
