We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team.
Job Overview:
As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our established online presence and driving engagement across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our real estate listings, brand, and community presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker to make a significant impact on our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Identify key target audiences and tailor content to maximize engagement.
2. Content Creation:
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Highlight property features, community events, and real estate market trends.
3. Platform Management:
- Manage and grow our presence on major social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Stay informed about platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes.
4. Community Engagement:
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and local businesses to expand our network.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in graphic design tools and video editing software.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing and industry-specific trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
