Job Location: Blackwater is in central British Columbia, approximately 160 km southwest of Prince George and 446 km northeast of Vancouver. The Project is accessible by major highway and access/service roads.

ROTATION: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVER ABSTRACT WITH VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND ACTIVE TELEHANDER/CLASS 7 FORKLIFT

Travel to and from site provided by the company. This project site is a dormitory style camp complex – Accommodation and meals provided.

Position: Materials Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Maintain an accurate inventory of materials.

· Keep an updated map of materials on-site.

· Collaborate with supervision to create work packages for upcoming construction tasks, ensuring they are available and ready for staging onsite.

· Inform supervision about any material shortages.

· Adhere to the 3-week look ahead schedule to effectively manage material packages.

· Read and interpret construction blueprints.

· Leave comprehensive notes for the next shift regarding ongoing work and important information.

· Transport materials and personnel within the site or to local municipalities such as Vanderhoof and Prince George.

· This position involves working in the field.

· Perform other duties as assigned by supervision as needed.

Requirements

- Must be able to operate a telehandler and hold a valid ticket

- Must be organized

- Must have industrial construction experience

- Must be able to work in a remote camp environment

- Must hold a Valid Drivers License
