We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Continuous Improvement Leader to ensure that our products/services/manufacturing standards exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Position Summary:
The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control/assurance programs to reduce overall waste, improve plant uptime, and maintain product quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing product/service quality, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and optimizing production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management: Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes and procedures.
Establish and maintain quality standards, specifications, and benchmarks.
Monitor and assess product/service quality throughout the production lifecycle.
Team Leadership: Train and manage workforce to adher to quality management systems
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance product/service quality.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results. Prepare regular reports on quality performance and present findings to senior management. Document total daily production.
Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with customer support teams to address quality-related customer concerns and implement corrective actions.
Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving: Lead investigations into quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
Safety: Maintain overall plant safety, put in safeguards and create procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in quality control and assurance, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001. (Preffered)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Six Sigma & Lean or comparable.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is considered an asset.

Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
