MEDSKINCARE is excited to add a Medical Aesthetician/Skin Care Specialist with Laser and Skin Care experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and listener who can adjust to a variety of changes and challenges in a fast-paced, multi-personality environment. You will engage with patients; developing an understanding of their specific needs and recommending the appropriate treatment options to achieve the best possible results.

What Do you have?

• Previous experience Skin Analysis and Skin Care Product Lines
• Previous laser experience (Required)
• Previous experience as a Medical Aesthetician Technician (Required)
• Aesthetician/Cosmetician/Laser Technician certification or diploma (Required
• Previous experience Laser Hair Removal (Ideal)
• IPL Skin Rejuvenation/Pigmentation Correction/ Photo Rejuvenation
• Have a flair for sales and dedicated evolving with the industry.
• Retail Experience
• Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)
• Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance

Responsibilities:

• Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our patients
• Be compassionate and understanding to facilitate comfortable and calm treatment
• Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training
• Maintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and education
• Show administrative duties to ensure the patient's appointment needs and expectations are achieved
• Maintain room preparation to provide an effortless flow of patient treatments
• Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs
• Work effectively both independently and in a team
• Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business
• Participate in promotional and educational events
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

• Aesthetic consulting: 3 years (preferred)
• Medical SPA: 4 years (required)
• IPL LASER: 4 years (required)
• Aesthetic treatments: 4 years (required)
