The Medi Spa Business Manager will be responsible for managing, supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations within the spa while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee all functions of the med spa’s operation
- Lead/manage the med spa team according to business standards
- Achieve and exceed the set med spa budget ensuring Medi spa efficiency and profitability
- Recruit, train and retain a professional Medi spa team
- Monitor financials, profits, and expenses
- Build a desirable brand. Market the Medi spa’s services and products
-Recruit, interview, hire, train, reward, and manage/lead team members
- Help to develop the business plan for our new expansion place.
- Communicate the vision and mission of the Med Spa journeys
- Conduct team and management meetings
- Implement, practice, and enforce all policies and procedures according to Med Spa manuals
- Ensure the team is delivering the ultimate med spa experience
- Resolve team member conflicts or grievances
- Resolve guest issues
-Set team and individuals targets and goals
- Conduct team performance evaluations
-Maintain all paperwork/documents related to employee status
- Publish team schedules
-Enforce and monitor team image – uniforms, makeup, hair, shoes
-Award and recognize the team
FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Striving to create great client experiences, strong relationships, and repeat business.
- Booking appointments, conducting sales consultations with first time guests, and recommending the best treatments.
- Conducting follow ups with clients, and looking to re-book, up-sell, and cross-sell.
- Attend regular training meetings to improve your skills and access performance.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on achieving financial goals.
- A strategic approach to selling, with the ability to provide total client solutions, together with how to better position the clinics and increase sales.
- Experienced in managing, hiring, scheduling , training and supervising others as well as skill enhancement and goal setting.
- Ability to run and manage "day to day" work at the the office and ensure operations go smoothly and client satisfaction remains high. This includes and not limited to answering phone calls, booking appointment, services consultations, cleanliness and product sales, etc.
- Track performance for sales activities, staff productivity and supplies/inventory.
- Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as well as P& L (profit and loss) statements.
- Place orders and monitor inventory.
- Prepare payroll and additional duties as assigned.
- Social Media experience is an asset, including posting ads, responding to emails and social media inquiries, videos about services and products and account management.
This job is ideal for someone who is eager to grow and continuously learn, hard workers, multi-task who has managed a small clinic before, preferably in the Medical Spa or Beauty industry.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$31.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
