We are looking for a Medical Spa Receptionist/Aesthetician
Must have Aesthetics certificate
Our goal is to find a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, ability to retain clientele to assist with growing the spa.
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for proactively welcoming guests and dealing with all inquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing.
The ideal candidate would be well versed in sales & aesthetics, a team player and consistently goes above and beyond to meet client expectations.
Qualities:
- Reliable, and able to offer flexible/evening hours depending on business needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills, attracting new clients while educating them on services
- Greet clients in professional manner and with a smile.
- A keen interest in aesthetic medicine treatments, including Botox, Dermal fillers, RF/PRP micro needling, IPL, PRP hair rejuvenation and skin care.
- Knowledgeable in our treatments and retail and can effectively articulate information regarding all services, packages, and procedures to help clients to make an informed purchase/ booking decision.
- Comfortable handling basic financial/retail transactions.
- Will abide by the dress code of the clinic.
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) and software.
- English language proficiency, Verbal and Written.
- Experience in sales/advertising/social media.
- Help in creating and following up on our social media posting and inquires including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- An elevated attention to detail/accuracy, ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
- Previous experience in a similar position at a Medical Spa or a medical clinic for 1-2 years would be an asset but not required.
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and welcoming clients and making them comfortable.
2. Answering phone calls and replying to emails and WhatsApp from clients and scheduling appointments.
3. Provide new clients and returning clients with required paperwork ensuring all signatures are obtained and important information is noted, inputting into the clinic's software.
4. Data entry, managing inventory for supplies.
5. Ensuring reception area, hallway, treatment rooms are always all clean and tidy.
6. Create an elevated experience and ensure ultimate client experience.
7. Work effectively both independently and in a team.
8. Perform tasks or duties assigned by management from time to time in a timely manner.
9. Assist aestheticians in keeping their workflow efficient and organized.
