Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Verify patient information information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and provide support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Medical Spa receptionist role.
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointment scheduling and patient records effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and insurance information accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Experience with cashiering or cash handling is beneficial
- Sales experience or knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage
