Responsibilities and Duties
- Must have appropriate FSCO licensing.
- Calling, qualifying, and converting new leads into mortgage applications.
- Signing and closing mortgage loans.
- Office hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm (Hybrid role earned when performance targets are achieved)
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Strong Communication & Listening - Possessing the ability to establish rapport quickly and listen well to determine client needs
- Work Ethic - Highly motivated, driven, and goal oriented
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving – Able to understand client needs and determine the appropriate solution
- Organization – Ability to organize themselves, documents and information to accomplish tasks
- Time Management – understand how to manage files in a timely manner and know when to prioritize urgent matters
- Professionalism – Communicating our commitment to professionalism and excellence when speaking to clients. As well as exhibiting the desire to continue improving your skill and growing your knowledge base.
Highly Qualified Leads
Lighthouse Lending focuses on qualify leads. All clients are seeking a solution and volunteering their information in order to connect with a mortgage specialist to solve a specific request. You will receive a minimum of 50 leads per month.
Compensation
- 100% commissioned position
- Employees make between $90,000-$140,000 exclusive of performance bonuses
